The next step for parent company Serax? ‘Right now we have a catalogue with more than 3,000 references. We do 40 % tableware, 30 % floral and the rest of the turnover is from furniture and lighting. That last category is really increasing, so we’ll certainly be bringing out some new products there.’
‘We’re focusing more and more on strong collections with their own identity. So that, a few years on, people can still add additional pieces to it. Since starting up, we’ve brought around 20,000 different objects onto the market. All of them small (laughs). That’s a lot, and many of the objects are subject to changing trends, so we only make them for a short period of time. Although there are objects we’ve been selling for more than ten years. They’ve even survived all the reproductions.’
