The knife is a combination of the classic ‘Piedmontais’ folding knife and the anatomy of a kitchen knife.
For this concept there is no locking mechanism required, the action is based on the simplicity of friction between the parts. This design allows a firm and safe grip behind the blade, the extension of the blade allows one-hand opening.
